Earlier this week, we were joined for dinner by Out & About Sarasota. Hosted by our catering director, Kara O’Neill, Tyler and company enjoyed three courses, beginning with our signature tableside Shrimp Pernod and then moving on to the main course, which consisted of a selection of our highest-rated dishes: Colorado rack of lamb, Chicken Kavalla, and honey-curry glazed sea bass. All three received rave reviews.
Dessert was just as well-received: fresh tableside crepes Suzette, tiramisu and house-made raspberry sorbet.
