As native Floridians, we don’t mess around when Jim Cantore comes to town.
And he’s a little too close for comfort right now!

As we prepare for Hurricane Ian, Café L’Europe will pause operations beginning Tuesday, September 27th to allow our Café family plenty of time to prepare and safely evacuate.

On behalf of Oysters Rock Hospitality, we wish to thank all of our brave first responders who will be out in hazardous conditions this week to keep us all safe. Also on our minds are those at the power companies, emergency management, utility crews, hospitality staff, and all others working diligently to mitigate damages.

We are hopeful that the storm will pass offshore in the Gulf, leaving us all safe and sound, with no more damage than a case of cabin fever.

Undoubtedly there will be many hungry, thirsty friends in need of a cocktail and a bite! As restauranteurs, we consider it our duty to serve as “second responders,” ready as soon as we get an all clear to provide you with a safe, comfortable, happy place to dine.

We are eager to reopen as soon as it is safe to serve you. The most recent updates regarding our reopening are listed below. Check back here for the most up to date information.

Stay safe, friends!
